I bought a $3200 set of aids; streamer; microphone and TV connector device. The volume in the hearing aids drops after every phone call.

The store tried many times to make "adjustments". When I tried to get a refund and return the hearing aids and equipment, Oticon refused to refund my money. They said I was past the return warranty period. The reason I was past the warranty period was due to the store repeatedly attempting to fix the problem.

The most amazing part of this is that Oticon sent an email to me admitting that the Apple software, which allows the iPhone to connect to the hearing aids, did not work properly. Oticon's website and all of their product information states the phrase - "People First".

Are they kidding? It is - "Money First".

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $3200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Oticon Cons: Defective product.
